How to Apply with Spray Gun:
Apply at a minimum of 60°F at a thickness of 20 mils (0.5mm). Apply two applications. Wait to spray the second coat until the first coat is dry to the touch (estimated 1-2 hours depending on temperature, humidity and air movement). Do not apply if humidity is expected to be greater than 80% or the temperature below 60°F. Apply a minimum of 2 coats. Do not dilute with water or any other chemicals. Coating can be cleaned with water (damp cloth) when wet; remove mechanically when dried.
Drying: The coating should not be exposed to temperature below 60°F during the application and curing process. At 77°F and RH 55%, the Speaker Box Coating will be dry to touch after 1-2 hours, after 6 hours only light handling is recommended. 72 hours after application the coating will be fully cured. Allow the coating to fully cure before exposing to water, cold weather and heavy usage. Make sure newly coated boxes are properly cured before stacking.
Storage and Safety Precautions:
Do not freeze and do not store in direct sun. Use only outdoors or in a well ventilated area. Use proper protective eye wear/clothing.

Tekton 77 Speaker Box Coating
In these days of scams, near-scams, and buyer beware, it's refreshing to get a product that is exactly as described. When I saw the video of the coating going on with a roller, I was pretty skeptical, but I got it anyway. It worked exactly that easily for me. Read the instructions--they're simple--and use in a ventilated area, because it has an odor, but it dissipates. On reason I tried this product is that the small print on some other products warn that they could combust spontaneously! Even cause a flash-type explosion. This is a latex and cleans with soap and water! MUCH better, IMHO. This covers beautifully! I will order from this company again when I need more.
