Tekton® 64 Trailer Floor Coating is a water based, plastic coating formulated to withstand abrasion in automotive, industrial and agricultural environments. TK64 has excellent adhesion on metals, wood, concrete and painted surfaces. It offers a textured slip resistant finish in either black (satin finish) or grey.
Great adhesion on most metals, primers, paints, fiberglass, plywood, treated plywood, OSB (Oriented Strand Board) and bare wood.
Pro-tip! How to save your Foam roller cover for the second coat of Trailer Floor Coating?
No need to rinse and clean your roller cover if you are planning to apply the second coat within a couple of days or even weeks. Simply wrap your wet cover in cellophane, wax or parchment paper. For longer storage periods, place the cover in a zip tie plastic bag and push out most of the air before closing. Keep the cover in a dry and cool place and you will be able to reuse it without cleaning.
Storage: Do not freeze and do not store under direct sun.
Unopened container: 1 year shelf life stored between 40-75°F.
Opened container: up to 6 month shelf life if stored between 40-75°F.

Blown Away
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Blown Away by the Results! This paint exceeded every expectation. I used it on the floor of my utility trailer and put down three thick coats , the finish looks incredible! So good, in fact, that I ended up using it to double-coat the shelves, fill areas, and even the bottom sidewalls. We ordered three cans and I’m already planning to buy one more to finish up , it’s definitely worth the price. The coverage, color, and durability are beyond impressive, and it completely transformed the space. The only downside? The paint can itself is awful. Whoever designed it clearly never had to open and close one repeatedly over a long project. It took me two months to apply all the coats I wanted, and resealing that can each time was a nightmare. Next time, I’ll pour it into my own paint cans before starting. Still, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. The final result is stunning and absolutely worth every bit of effort!

Trailer floor
Purchased 4 gallons to complete a 16x7 enclosed trailer with ramp based on the recommended 3 gallons + 2 quarts. I did 3 coats and only used a gallon and a half… application was easy, dried quickly. I even did 4” up all walls. Looks great, light grit feeling. I’ll have to find a use for the other 2 gallons.

Use the product to coat cargo trailer ramp and floor. Works very well for the non slip. Four gallons did my seven by sixteen v nose trailer plus ramp. Dries to a nice hard coating. Only time will tell how it holds up..

Best Product Ever
I bought a 22' x 8' foot Charmac trailer to haul our SxS. The floor was bare wood. I knew from other trailers that I have owned that I wanted to seal the new one and do it first before I started getting stains, etc. in it. I bought 5 gallons of Tekton 64 and used 3 gallons doing 3 coats. It is just amazing! After the first coat, I wondered if I should do the remaining recommended coats, so I followed up with each coat and it looks even better after 3 coats. The nonskid grit is perfect and it applies so easy with a trim brush and a roller. I will use this product again and tell all of my friends! Great company!

Trailer Floor Coating
Ordered for my 7x14 enclosed trailer with ramp door. Ordered 3 gallons and had enough to cover the floor LIBERALLY 3 times and the ramp door LIBERALLY 4 times as well as about 4 inches up the side walls with 1 coat just for a little added protection. This stuff rolls on, dries, and cures perfectly. Adds a lot of grit for traction. Going to really put it up to the test this fall during hunting season. 100% recommend to extend the life of your trailer!

Great product and worked as it should. Put 3 coats on but think it only needed 2. Easy to apply and looks and feels great. Plan to use on my steps to house next.
