Tekton® 64 Trailer Floor Coating is a water based, plastic coating formulated to withstand abrasion in automotive, industrial and agricultural environments. TK64 has excellent adhesion on metals, wood, concrete and painted surfaces. It offers a textured slip resistant finish in either black (satin finish) or grey. Great adhesion on most metals, primers, paints, fiberglass, plywood, treated plywood, OSB (Oriented Strand Board) and bare wood.

How to save your Foam roller cover for the second coat of Trailer Floor Coating?
No need to rinse and clean your roller cover if you are planning to apply the second coat within a couple of days or even weeks. Simply wrap your wet cover in cellophane, wax or parchment paper.
For longer storage periods, place the cover in a zip tie plastic bag and push out most of the air before closing. Keep the cover in a dry and cool place and you will be able to reuse it without cleaning. Storage: Do not freeze and do not store under direct sun.
Unopened container: 1 year shelf life stored between 40-75°F.
Opened container: up to 6 month shelf life if stored between 40-75°F.

Coating — Highly Recommended I am extremely impressed with TEKTON® 64 Trailer Floor Coating. This product exceeded my expectations in both application and finished results. If you have an enclosed trailer and want a professional-looking, durable floor, this is an excellent choice. The coating applied smoothly and produced a tough, textured finish that looks great and provides excellent traction. Once cured, the floor feels solid and well protected. It is exactly the type of surface I wanted for a trailer that will see regular use hauling motorcycles, equipment, tools, and other cargo. What impressed me most is how much better the finished floor looks compared with ordinary painted plywood. It gives the trailer a much more finished, commercial-quality appearance while also providing the durability and protection a working trailer floor needs. Preparation and application were straightforward, and the results were well worth the effort. The coating covered well, leveled nicely, and created a consistent finish across the floor. Product was easy to apply. You instructions should not talk about how many coats to apply. It should instruct users to "use" all the product for best results.
