Total Coat HD Undercoating is a water-based, plastic coating designed to protect vehicle undercarriages from rust, corrosion and abrasions.
It’s an advanced mix of synthetic polymers, free of PVC’s, VOC’s, isocyanates, asbestos, with outstanding adhesion properties on clean metals, fiberglass, wood and painted surfaces. Total Coat Heavy Duty Undercoating substitutes traditional asphalt/rubber based products, with a solvent-free, non-toxic, plastic product.

Apply on clean bare metal, primed, painted or top coated surfaces. A 1 mm, (40 mil), thick coating will maintain it’s original elasticity for many years without cracking or peeling. Provides excellent noise and vibration dampening. Great for 4×4 tubs, roll bars, bumpers, underbodies, wheel wells, and rocker panels. Protects machinery and equipment against corrosion caused by salt spray, acid mist, sand, chipping, animal waste, etc. Exceeds Salt Spray Mist Corrosion Test (GM4298p) 1000 hrs. Not suitable for plastics, without proper primer first.
