Durable foam applicator gun designed with a long barrel for hard to reach places. Features a large ergonomic handle for comfort and an easy to grip knob to adjust product flow. Foam gun is hermetically sealed preventing hardening of product inside the gun and preventing product waste. Body and basket are both coated with Teflon for easy cleaning. Each gun is individually tested to ensure proper performance. Long barrel applicator is for use with professional polyurethane gun foam canisters. Features:

This is the only one that ive found for uphill and overhead applications which is awesome. I am concerned with the quality. My first gun shot the adjustment wheel out around a year of owning. Chemicar earns 5 stars as they replaced it with very little trouble despite being out of warranty. However, the replacement almost immediately gave me issues with trigger disengagement. It would not stop spraying until the adjustment wheel was wound completely in. I use these to fire seal finished homes so cleanlinessis very important. My guns are kept clean and always have a can on them so they dont sit dry and "set up". Couldn't figure out the problem with it so I bought another. Ill be using the old for homes under construction and hopefully the new for final inspections. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Response from Chemicar........ We are sorry for the issues you have had with our Foam Gun. Did you by any chance take the gun apart for cleaning? The FG-B /R gun has a safety pin that prevents the product adjustment knob from coming out of the gun body. Some users have been known to take this pin out when removing the needle during the cleaning process. Others force the knob over the pin , thereby damaging the thread on the knob and causing the knob to come out of the gun. The trigger disengagement can be caused by incomplete cleaning. Some hardened glue could be lodged in the tip and prevent the needle to hermetically seal the barrel. Also, the manual also mentions the adjustment screw that allows the trigger to move more freely. A small adjustment might have solved this problem. In general , Chemicar's foam guns are hermetically sealed and do not need cleaning when regularly used. Just make sure a can of foam stays attached to the gun at all times. Only when you are not going to use the gun for a couple of months do we recommend cleaning. Consult the manual for instructions. Please note that these long guns (model FG-B) hold a lot of foam inside the barrel and need a very thorough cleaning before storing.
